This site is mainfor wholesale (Retail customers please see 'Ordering samples' page). Prices are set to be trade prices (Apart from 'Ordering samples' page. You could decide your  retail prices of the products. However, to maintain standard of the brand, you are strongly recommended to use the 'Recommended Retail Price'(next to the trade price in product pages)to sell our products in your retail shop or online catalogue.
Minimum order: 1 pack per style per colour(normally 4 -6 pieces or sets in one pack)

In the circumstance that the product(s) are faulty or have been damaged during shipment, we will have the '2 week money back'policy, for all UK-based customers. All returned goods need to be in a unused and good condition, well-packed as original packing. You would need to report to us for the return within three working days after receiving the goods. We regret that we cannot be responsible for the delivery fee for returning goods and loss/damage. Refunds will be made to the original account within 14 days of receipt of returned items. However,if you become one of our agents, goods will be 100% refunable.
